Frequently asked questions about custom cables
What does a custom cable cost?
Assembly and finishing cost € 43.50. Each connector is € 20 and cable is charged per metre for the type you choose. The total incl. VAT is shown on the right as you build.
Which cable should I choose?
H200 is our standard: low loss and suitable up to about 20 metres and beyond. Tri-Lan is cheaper and more flexible but loses more signal over long runs — we recommend it up to about 10 metres.
Which connectors do I need?
Check the connector on your antenna and on your router or receiver, and pick those two in the configurator. Unsure? Contact us and we’ll check before you order.
Why no adapter between cable and device?
Every extra connection costs signal. That’s why we mount the connector directly on the cable and test it afterwards — so you get the most from your antenna.
What is a pigtail?
A short transition segment with the right small connector. For the small connectors in the configurator a pigtail is included so the cable fits your device.
How long until my cable arrives?
We assemble and test every cable by hand in Assen. Delivery time is 3–5 working days.
Are there shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands shipping is free from € 50, otherwise € 6.95. For Belgium and other EU countries it is € 12.95 while under that threshold.
