An outdoor antenna should last for years. That's why we give 5 years' manufacturer warranty on all antennas and kits. Routers and accessories carry 2 years.
What's covered?
- Manufacturing faults and material defects
- Faults from normal outdoor use in all weather
- Connectors, cable and housing
- UV and moisture damage to IP67-certified parts
What isn't covered?
- Lightning damage — use your home insurance for that
- Mechanical damage from incorrect mounting
- Signal loss from extremely long cables (> 25 m) without an amplifier
- Cosmetic wear after 2 years of outdoor exposure
How do you file a warranty claim?
Email info@signalwave.nl with your order number and a short description. We respond within 1 working day and send a return label if needed. Replacement product on your doormat within 5 working days.
