Terms & conditions
Version valid from 1 January 2026 — Signalwave B.V., Chamber of Commerce 50089951.
1. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements with Signalwave B.V.. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Prices
All prices on the website are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping — unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices but always honour the price valid at the moment you ordered.
3. Delivery
We aim to ship orders received before 17:00 the same day. The maximum delivery time is 7 working days unless otherwise indicated. If we exceed it you may cancel the order free of charge.
4. Cooling-off period and returns
You have 14 days from receipt to consider. Within that period you may return the product without giving a reason. Returns are at our cost; we refund within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
5. Warranty
All antennas and kits carry 5 years' manufacturer warranty. Routers and accessories 2 years. Damage from lightning, incorrect installation or intent is excluded.
6. Payment
Payment is made securely via the Shopify checkout, using the methods offered there. Business customers can pay by invoice on request. Invoice payments have a 14-day term.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
8. Governing law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Signalwave B.V. is based.
