What if reception is poor in my whole area?
Then an outdoor antenna usually won't help — and we'll tell you so. You need at least one bar of 4/5G at ground level.
Can I install the antenna myself?
Yes, on the facade or the roof. A handy DIYer needs one to two hours. In doubt, ask our helpdesk for advice.

When an antenna doesn't help.
We'd rather sell nothing than something that doesn't work. In three situations an outdoor antenna is not the answer — and we'll say so up front.
No mobile signal in the area at all
An antenna amplifies what's there — it can't create signal from nothing. Check your carrier's coverage map first.
Fibre or cable already available
Fixed fibre is always faster and more stable than mobile internet. An outdoor antenna only pays off when that connection is missing.
Location surrounded by tall obstacles
Dense forest or mountains can weaken signal so much that even a directional antenna gains little. When in doubt, contact us first.
