We want you to be sure of your choice. Order without worry — if it doesn't fit, we'll take it back.
Working days, within the Netherlands. We ship with PostNL and DPD; the exact delivery day depends on the carrier.
Not happy? Return it unused within 14 days, refund within 5 working days.
Below this amount we charge € 6.95 shipping within the Netherlands.
To Belgium and other EU countries we charge € 12.95 shipping below the free-shipping threshold.
How do you return?
- Email info@signalwave.nl with your order number.
- You'll get a return label within 1 working day — free of charge.
- Pack the antenna in its original packaging and drop the parcel at a PostNL point.
- As soon as we receive the parcel, we refund within 5 working days to your account.
Delivery times
We ship on working days. Your order arrives within 3–5 working days; exact delivery depends on the carrier. We don't ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Outside the Netherlands and Belgium we ship on request — contact our customer service for a tailored quote.
