One broken cable won't cost you revenue any more.
A 4G/5G failover switches to mobile within seconds when your fixed line goes down. Your till keeps taking payments, your VoIP keeps ringing, your customers don't notice a thing. No IT engineer needed, no second fixed line.
These are the problems we hear every week.
Outage = closed door.
One outage and card payments fail, the POS hangs, the phone is dead — your revenue evaporates and customers walk elsewhere.
A second fixed line is expensive and slow to arrange.
€60+ per month for a backup you hopefully never need. And if a street is cut, that second line is often dead too.
You only spot the outage when a customer complains.
Half your revenue comes from trust — and you lose it during every five-minute outage.
Online in three steps.
- 1
Check your router for failover.
You need a suitable router with WAN port, SIM and external antenna input. Check the connections before choosing an antenna.
- 2
Connect the outdoor antenna.
Mount the antenna and mast base, run the coax inside and connect a matching pigtail to the mobile router.
- 3
Test the switch-over.
Check whether your own failover router switches to mobile data when the fixed connection drops, then switches back.
Failover in <10 seconds. VoIP calls stay alive in 9 out of 10 outages.
Outdoor antenna for a reliable mobile backup.
Option 1 for reasonable to good outdoor signal: an omni antenna with mast base, 10 m coax and a pigtail suited to your router. SW-OD-02 is not in the catalogue; the shown SW-OD-025 is the closest available omni. Option 2 for weak signal: a 2×2 or 4×4 MiMo panel with mast base, 10 m coax and matching pigtails. Check the number of antenna ports on your own failover router. Parts are ordered separately.

Receives signal from all directions — ideal if you are unsure from which angle the transmission mast is coming.

What customers in your situation ask
How fast is failover?+
5–10 seconds after detection. Sessions such as VoIP calls or large downloads stay alive in 9 out of 10 cases.
Do I need a separate SIM?+
Yes, one 4G/5G business SIM with enough data. We recommend at least 50 GB/month or an unlimited plan.
Do I have to configure this myself?+
The antenna improves reception; failover must be configured on your own suitable router. Ask for advice about connections and setup if unsure.
What if my location has poor mobile coverage?+
Then failover isn't a fix — 4G has to reach in to take over. Request our free coverage check first.
Work out how much one hour of outage costs you.
Many owners find that one outage a year already costs more than our whole kit. Ask for advice on your situation.
